Returns & Exchange

At Yug we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any merchandise you have ordered from us.

Please note our return policy as follows:

1. We don’t offer returns on our merchandise.
2. All sales are final. In the unlikely event that any merchandise is not received in good condition or is damaged or defective, or if the merchandise delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging for an exchange, within 14 days from the date on which the order was delivered.
3. To return the merchandise please email us at hello@shopyug.in. In the event you return any merchandise which is delivered in damaged/defective condition, we will also refund the shipping charges applicable, if we are unable to exchange the merchandise. The replaced merchandise will be shipped at no additional charge.
4. While we shall make best efforts to ensure that you are fully satisfied with any merchandise you order from Yug, we shall be unable to accept returns or exchanges on the gift vouchers and bulk orders.
